I have plans for a 30square home and need someone to over see the project of building this house, organising their tradesmen, dealing with problems and liasoning with me. I am working to a budget and I would like some input in scorcing out bits and pieces like Flooring, cabinets, fittings, bench tops etc. I also need to start this project within the next 2-3 months I have drawings from a draftsman and am awaiting council approvel. The land is in Olinda
