Hi,
I'm looking at an all inclusive granny flat building service (whether you bring a kit home or construct on site) to build a 2 bedroom 60sqm granny flat detached from the existing house. We will want it be co-ordinated from the first step (i.e. survey/plan//application for a complying development) through to completion (with all plasterboard, kitchen, bedroom, laundry, lighting, door and bathroom fittings, water and power connections) i.e. lockup where someone can then move in immediately. We want this done as soon as possible.
Please let us know estimate as to costs and time frames for all the steps inclusive of all material and labour costs.
NB Existing fibro/tile single garage needs to also be demolished - please price if possible.
