To whom it may concern,
I am looking at building three, three bedroom units on the block of 738 sqm. It is an investment and will mostly have standard finishes. Regular sizes windows, doors etc. Render finish to the outside. Joinery in selected laminates or similar. Floors to be finished as following: bedrooms -carpet, Living - Timber flooring, Wet areas - tiles. Plans are yet to nominate a location of laundry, please allow for european laundry.
