We would like to build 2 new double storey brick veneer townhouses side by side approx 27 squares each including garage. these are primary residents and must be perfect. plans and engineering have been obtained, subdivision is currently being processed, services are being split and connected now. previous house is also now being removed, there will be a vacant block. builder will be able to start work straight away. there is little retainer work included. very clear specifications available. timeframe will need to be as accurate as possible as alternate living arrangements must be arranged.
builder must be able to show us previous work and will be asked for accreditation. a folio with all relevant experience/education and previous works would be desirable.
