i have done a rough sketch, they will be-

14 sqm of patio area
34 sqm double garage
they will be single level, basic to medium level finish and inclusions, bv and tile.
could you give me a price for -
1 - building only
2 - for total finished project, ie all council fees landscaping and floor coverings and blinds.
