Looking for a quotation to build a free standing two car brick garage .
to be built on boundary line of property, over empty easement.
i have contacted both moreland council, yarra valley water and there are no problems from their perspective.
approximate dimensions 8metres long, 8 metres wide and up to 3 metres high.
flat roof, one large roller door, one side window and timber door.
work to include the laying of a concrete slab and gutter etc.
the work to be completed by the end of noember at the latest.
