Currently own a cottage like queenslander on stumps. would like to add 2 bedrooms (inlcude 1 ensuite) + balcony on to the front of house, and knock down two internal walls to open up the existing lounger area. the total size of the rennovation is approximately 63 square metres. would like to keep the existing "queenslander style", so work with timbers. keen for sustinable building and minimise footprint.
am looking to an end of november deadline to finish rennovation. draft plans are done and inprinciple approved by private certifier. final plans and approvals will be ready by end of july/mid august. looking for somoene to start mid august to mid september (with deadline for finish end of november)
