Doing a renovation on a cottage on the gold coast. No extension, but knocking down a few walls, redoing the wardrobes, giving the verandah a facelift and afcelift to the exterior of the house wth a new entry landing , cladiing etc. I have the plans in detail with all the specifics of what needs demolishing etc written in as well as detialed plans of each room and area that is being renovated.
