Brick terrace, requires removal of part wall between kitchen and lounge
Mary requested 3 quotes from Builders in Carlton North
Possibly support beam area between kitchen and lounge in Victorian terrace, brick construction and particle board. The area is a floor to ceiling cupboard (aprox 900 x600), and bench (open though above bench cupboard below 1.2 x 600) and I want the area opened up completely. Possibly move some cabinet to other side of kitchen. Ceiling to be smoothed, floor not a worry.
Timing is urgent as it must be finished before end of April.
