Brick house requires extending the roof line and general small renov works

We wish to raise the roof in the extention part of the house. It is currently at 2.4 metres and we wish to raise it to 3 metres. Also it is a tin flat roof and we want to make it a pitch brick roof to match the exisiting old part of the house. Drawings and submissions are in progress and will be ready within 2 weeks.
Additional works : a door to be included, 3 windows (one bi folding), and closing off a part of the outside to incorporate it as part of the exisiting room.
A job for a carpenter/builder or a builder wanting a smallish job.
