I want a brick garage built, requiring concrete slab and above garage I want a room to be done in cladding, I want a gable type roof to match in with the rest of the house. the garage will be 6 x 9 metres (where existing carport is) and I want two seperate entrances from outside of garage, one to go up stairs to the rumpus and a door to access the garage. There is already power under carport where the garage is to be built. We want to fit it out and put roller door, carpet in rumpus and toilet/vanity in ourself and dont want this in quote but will require a plumber to rough in.
