  ENSUITE AT 2.4m x 1.8m x 2.4m:
Move the contents.
Disconnect the shower head,tamware and drain, store onsite for reuse.
Remove the shower screen frame and door frame,clean all the sealant off of the frame in preparation for reinstallation, store on site for reuse.
Remove and dispose of the tiles to the shower area,2 x 2, x .9m.
Remove the tiles to the tiled upstand, right hand side to the door frame and the left hand side 1 tile, either side of the shower cubicle, taking care not to break the tiles and store on site for reuse.
Remove and dispose of the architraves around the door frame on the inside of the ensuite.(2 x 2.1m 1 x 1m.)
Remove the wall linings to the shower cubicle 1m high, the right hand side to the door frame, and 1m wide to the left hand side of the shower cubicle.
Check the wall framing and if any defective framing is found, notify the office to request a variation.
Supply and reline the wall to the shower cubicle.(2 x 1m x 1m.)
Plaster, sand and prepare for tiling or painting.
Supply and waterproof the walls to the shower.((3.4sqm)
Reinstall the shower tray and connect the drain, and ensure correct operation
Supply and tile the walls to the shower to best match the existing colour and finish.(3.5sqm)W e have allowed a P.C.Sum of $37.50 per sqm for the supply of the tiles.
Reinstall the tiles to the tiled upstand either side of the cubicle.
Supply and install the new architraves around the ensuite door frame.
Stain seal and paint the 2 effected walls and architraves, (2.5sqm)to best match the existing colour and finish.
Reconnect the shower head and tapware,ensure correct operation.;
Reinstall the shower screen and door. Ensure correct operation.
Clean out the work area and leave the work site clear of any associated debris.
Reinstate the contents.
Move the contents.

BEDROOM 1 AT 3.6m x 3.4m x 2.4m:
Move the contents.
Remove the skirting board and architraves from the wall and the door adjacent to the ensuite.
Remove and dispose of the damaged plaster board from the corner to the door frame x 1m high.
Supply and install the new plasterboard 1 x 1.2m x 1m )
Plaster,sand and prepare for tiling or painting.
Supply and install the new architraves to best match the existing colour and finish.(2 x 2.1, 1 x 1m)
Stain seal and paint the effected wall (3sqm) and architraves, to best match the existing colour and finish.
Clean out the work area and leave the work site clear of any associated debris.
Reinstate the contents.
