Fit new taps etc for new shower, bath, vanity and laundry trough (going to keep in same place)
Tiler:
Lay and grout new floor and wall tiles
Builder:
Install frameless shower, freestanding bath, freestanding vanity, mirror and all cabinetry for laundry.
Install heated towel rail (if this needs a sparkie, then need that too!)
Build inset shelf next to bath.
