Due to cracking in walls due to drought we would like to demolish and re-build 2 x double brick walls and in build a simple brick 'box' addition (approx. 2m x 3.5m) to the side of the house to form a built in robe. we also require a 2 x car carport to be built. we have planning approval and just require building permits on appointment of a builder
