The area in question is 30sqm and houses the bathroom, kitchen,laundry and fully enclosed verandah (6mx1.5mw) on one side. wish to create more space by extending the verandah sideways by 1m. this will result in moving the bathroom and kitchen. no internal structural changes are envisaged apart from putting a new door in a wall. intend to have a deck at the back of the house.
require drawings for building approvals. someone experienced with canterbury council as well as federation or similarly aged buildings.
