Will pay $8k per square maximum inclusive of all connections such as plumping and wiring etc other than usual owner required. Split level design sloping to the rear block 15-20 sq including carport. Colourbond roof and open living. Slab and or piers can be used as foundation. Can be timber/hardietex or some form of sheeted external cladding. No formal plans done yet just working drawings which can be changed to suit cheaper build.
