We've purchased a house in Beaumaris which looks like it has some asbestos panelling. First we need to get that removed properly. We are planning major renovations and are well underway with architect, but meanwhile we'd like to put a concrete floor on store room under house which is currently a dirt floor. There is more than 6ft clearance to floor boards in this space. Next we need to insulate the rumpus room at the rear that is currently besser block and fibro walls. We plan to move into this room while the upstairs renovations are undertaken - that job will be tendered out by the architect.
