We require a double garage (5.5 x 6 m) to be built with tilt roller door abutting the existing weatherboard residence. At the back of the garage also abutting the house we require a workshop 4.5 x 4.5 m (joined to garage). Materials and colours to match existing weatherboard/fibro residence. Planning approval received.
