Would like to add a home theatre room to existing house and possible relocate bathroom a bit further back. possible extention size 10m length x 7m with home thearte to be 10m x 5m and other 2 m for hallway and bathroom. will need 1 window moved or blocked in and a new one put on and home thearte room to be sound proof and have no windows at all... would like cables run through the roof for a projector and possibly through the walls also.
