We think we'll probably go for an outdoor studio/granny flat but it must be finished to a high standard - Insulation, power - a good look. Dimensions maybe 3 x 6 - 8m. We just don't know whether or not we want to make it more versatile with a bathroom. We could even consider extending onto the house!!
