I have a Kit Style 3M x 3M x 3M Metal Patio Roof that needs to be erected over an existing Wooden Deck.
The steel posts need to be bolted to concrete.
I want it to be fully approved. To this end, I have done the following:
I have got the Planning Amendment Certificate from Maroondah City Council.
I have got Approval to Build Over an Easement from Yarra Valley Water.
I have got a Building Permit approved to the pre-building stage.
I have got professional plans drawn up.
Please reply to my email as I work odd hours and sleep during the day.
