approx 70m2 extension, consisting of master bedroom, ensuite, WIR, living area, plus a 45m2 garage. Planning permit approved by council and working drawing to be approved by xmas.
Exterior is compressed masionite weatherboard, concreate stumps, secret timber floors and carpet in main bedroom. Ensuite is a basic fitout. Site is easily accessible with a 300mm drop from back of house to front of garage (18000mm)
Would like quotes to lock-up and to completion
We are looking to start in the new year, start of Feb 2010.
