Hi,
Im in the process of a unit development and the existing old house on the block needs rennovation. This is a 4BR house, built in 60's in a fair condition with artificial brick for exterior. Need to do a complete rennovation for the house to complement the new house both external & internal.
The property is currently rented and I will be at the site on Staurday 27 Jun at 11.00 with the town planner.Need a builder to have a look at the property and give a rennovation budget and a plan so that we can start the rennovation work/submit approvals.
Please contact only if you can come to the site on Saturday at 11.00 as this is the only convenient time for the tenents.
