Recently purchased 90 yr old single storey 3 bedroom double brick townhouse requires replacement of damaged brick piers, bearers and joists. i want to replace all wooden floors as well once the above job is done. i am currently ripping out existing old pine & mdf floor boards. a perimeter wall exists surrounding townhouse but one can crawl under entire townhouse subfloor now via manholes that i ripped in floors of each room to inspect damage. i will rip out all floorboards before you start the job. back lane access to property exists, no stairs to job site - easy access.
