35y.o. Unit roof repairs + laundry rising damp & new exterior door
Jasminne requested 2 quotes from Builders in Ringwood East
35 y.o. villa unit requires:
- repair/relacement to broken/detached roof tiles, split guttering, possible rot to gable facia.
- installation of an additional downpipe; gutters are holding water.
- treatment for rising damp in laundry, then either plaster / render over existing painted brick (will decide depending on quote).
- quote for installation of exterior door & frame (currently no door exisits).
If there is anyone that can perform all jobs, that would be fantastic!
