Land about to be purchased in wantirna 1.7.09 (subdivision with seperate court entrance) plans available but not with detailed working drawings just yet. builder has to build exactly according to plan other wise council will not approve. house to be brick veneer and vendor will be installing stormwater (pre slab) and drainage to rear of property. block is level , free of any trees and the house about 16.2 squares. finish has to be reasonable for first home owner. need contract before 30.9.09. can discuss and show current plans.
