We have a 1930's Californian bungalow and we would like to add a second story with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. We would also like to knock down some walls on the ground floor to create some open plan living space and we would like all windows and frames replaced. We currently live at the residence but will be moving out for the duration of the renovation. We would prefer to utilize a company that can provide a full service from design, planning and permits to construction. Our budget is approximately $150,000.00.
