We have had ongoing water penetration issues around windows since house completion in Mar 06. This is coupled with poorly applied external coatings has meant poor waterproofing to cladding etc. We also have mold issues on the outside of the house. We need an expert to inspect our problems, advise on a treatment and prevention plan including re-coating, carpentry repairs, and quote some external patio style roofs to cover problem areas, cost it all in pieces and if possible execute one or more of the jobs.
