- Currently : small 3bd brick home on conc stumps. I hope to extend, gut and refit lower floor w/ new kitch, laundry, powder room w/ shower, formal dining, formal lounge, meals area and rumpus) as well as knock down & rebuild garage (prev owners hired a very dodgy builder).
