- 2 bedrooms, Kitchen, informal dining, Living and single space garage.
- Standard 'spec home' finish.
- Bedrooms require carpet, with remainder as Laminate floating floor finish.
Unit 2 (approx 100 sqm)
- Brick Veneer with half height fibrecement rendering required on facade
- Glazed concrete tiles in charcoal.
- 2 bedrooms (master with ensuite), kitchen, separate bathroom with tub, lounge, living, laundry, and single car garage.
- Wet areas to be tiled with glazed ceramic tiles, bathroom carpeted, remainder to be finished in laminate floating floor finish.
Backyards to have lawns laid, with common driveway to be of concrete finish. Some landscaping (approx 15 sqm) required on driveway.
