We have a replica QLDer which currently is built in upstairs with an internal staircase to the laundry downstairs. The remainder of downstairs is slab for tandem parking and then gravel for the remainder. We have architectural and engineering plans to build a new bedroom with ensuite/WIR and an extra room for a gym. We'd like to receive several quotes so we we can compare not only price, but also the service/quality/reputation of the builder.
