Note: current garage (freestanding sheet metal shed on dirt floor) to be dismantled and disposed of.
Concrete slab will need to be laid.
There is not currently any electricity or storm water connection for the garage, so this will all have to be incorporated. Likewise sewerage and water mains will be reqd if laundry option is taken up.
Rear laneway access to be incorporated.
There is a Heritage overlay that will need to be factored.
