We need to bring a wall down in the kitchen to be renovated, some electrical might need to be checked at the same time. Also we want to swap 2 windows. So some brick job/plumbing will be required to bring the water from the current sink to the futur one. We also need to block out another small window with some brick and move an A/C unit. We would like the builder to supply the furniture. Need to start asap.
