Build a besser block wall of length 8 meters and height 2.6 meters. a building permit is needed and so engineering drawings will be required to be created. also a front fence needs to be built which will be rendered block with timber slat sections aprox 15m long x 1.8m. engineering drawings are also needed for the fence.
