Double garage has single brick parapet wall above door. top portion of parapet has a slight lean. parapet either needs rebuilding or restraining to make safe. option to rebuild using other materials could be okay also - such as timber frame and cement sheet. obviously will need to bag/render the front of the garage if this option is done.
