Mick has collected $2500 from me to apply for the building permit on my behalf. I thas been 1 year now and i still have not got the permit. I have been chasing him intensively for the last 3 months but most of the time did not my calls. Only after i update the rating then he will promise that he will get it done but still everytime he did not even apply for it. Finally he promised to come to my house to get it signed today, but did not come. I called him and he did not pick up his phone.
