We have a 2 story cavity brick home 40 years old. We have some minor cracking in a few places just small in mortar and a few bricks cracked. At back of house there is a longer diagonal crack from upper window corner to bottom window corner. It is basically just running along the mortar line as there are no expansion joints and there were large trees which effected the house during the dry some years ago.
