We have a subsided brick pier that needs to be repaired or replaced. the pier has dropped more on one side than the other so it now leans. as the floor in the room above it (approximately 3.6m x 4m) is squeaky everywhere we are willing to consider repair quotes that include going through the floor (rather than under the house) providing your quote includes pulling up the entire floor in the room above.
