The bottom 3-5 brick courses for approx 2.5-3m has become loose and needs to be relayed/repointed etc. It appears that a lintel installed to an under floor heating unit was either not installed correctly or come loose and potentially caused the issue.
There was also underpinning done to the house prior to us owning it (we have owned for 6yrs now). So some damage may not have been rectified following this work as well.
