Had a ducted air-conditioning unit removed leaving a rectangular hole in an external wall. Need the brickwork filled in and pointed as well as the internal wall plasterboard repaired. Eves also have a hole where unit pipes went into the ceiling. Plus 4 ceiling ducts need to be taken out and holes plaster boarded over. Painting not required.
