we have a brick and steel wall on boundary.
the steel fence posts have been affixed to metal plates which were cemented in place. unfortunately these have rusted and expanded and the bricks are coming apart.
we want the steel plates that have rusted to be removed (and potentially replace dby stainless steel/ non -rust plates), the steel to be reatatched to the brick work and the cement binding the bricks together to be fixed.
while we are at it we would also like to gate to be made secure (i.e. electronic from a buzzer in the house)
