Damage occured to the brick retaining wall at the front of the house, when looking up the driveway the wall is on the right hand side. The excessive rainwater caused the wall to crack and it came away from the compated soil and in doing so has buckled the fence. There is a wire fence above the brick retaining wall which has also buckled. I am from Perpetual Trustee Company Limited, we are a Trust Company who looks after the Orient Point property and have experienced a lot of trouble in obtaining tradespeople to provide a quote. We need this wall repaired, although an approx' budget is listed we do not have any idea how much a job like this would cost.
