The two columns at the frount of my house are leaning. this is due to no foundations and unstable ground (due to dry weather etc.).
- i require the following work to be done:
- - the veranda to be proped up using 'acros'.
- - the existing 2 columns would then need to be removed, taking care with the top decorative section (to be re-used).
- - a new concrete foundation would need to be built, sufficient to maintain future stability of the columns and not be detrimental to the garden.
- - builtd two new brick columns, topped with the re-used decorative section.
- - paint columns white (using appropriate weatherproof paint suitable for painting of brickwork).
- - remove acro's
- - remove all waste off-site
