I would like a rough estimate of how much it would cost to have the damp course reinstated and the mortar redone after the damp-proofing on the walls of a two bed unit .
The unit is a brick veneered unit with extensive mortar degradation for up to about 1 meter around the property. There is one double brick wall between the property and a neighbouring property, and the unit is on concrete stumps.
