A tree branch recently fell on the garage and damaged the roofing and supporting beams. In addition the front-left brick support pillar has cracked at the base and is leaning outwards.
In order for insurance repair work to commence on the roofing section the brick support needs to be repaired and returned to code.
Scope of work is for the garage to be supported while brick pillar is rebuilt and once completed work with roofing contractor to connect to roof support beam section and return support to pillar.
