Existing (30 year old) brick wall has cracked vertically at one point and is leaning (about 2-3 inches movement at top of wall). So it needs to be demolished (materials removed), and re-built - possibly including improved footings.
The wall is at the rear of a property (back yard). There is easy access as there is a lane-way at rear. There is a garden bed against the inside of the wall that must be left in tact.
Also note the wall forms part of pool safety fencing so temporary fencing would be required while work was being done.
