At the request of Council I need to remove a wall mounted air-conditioner and patch the 400x600mm hole with gyprock, insulation and cement fibre sheet. I know it is a very small job but I have to have the hole repaired professionally and then the whole wall certified by a licenced builder as being Fire and Sound compliant due to its closeness to my neighbour's property
