Modcon rang me several times wanting to reschedule the quote, but this was not an option. They were late on the day to quote, however we still have not received the quote although we were meant to receive it 4 days ago. We finally received a quote 2 weeks late. It was over twice as expensive as our previous most expensive quote. They went away and revised the quote taking $5k off the top without any reduction is services. They were still 25% more expensive than our previous quotes.
