New Fence with Brick Piers and base, to height of 1.5m along front and (partial side) of property, and 1.8m along remainder of side of property (see images attached).
Fence will have horizontal battens to fill, preferably painted aluminium and a roller gate over driveway. Whilst this quote is for the brick fence, if the cost / fitting of the aluminium fence can be procured/fitted by yourself and is reasonable in price we may consider proceeding for this with you also. Can you please itemise this within the quote.
Bricks to be used would be consistent with the property on site - Selkirk Musket Haze.
When providing quote, can you please provide address of site you have build similar fencing for reference (preferably inner Melbourne, or around Bentleigh East or South Melbourne).
