Unreliable unprofessional, made lots of excuses, would not recommend to anyone. Response from provider: Occupational health & safety requires access to water, power & toilet. There was none of this on the vacant block where the 3 story brick townhouse was to be built There was no cover on site whatsoever for protection against the weather and no shed for storing cement to keep it dry. Consumer advised he would bring a generator for power usage but could only be used for 3 minutes at one time. Provider advised the minimum time for proper cement mixing is at least 15 minutes. Taking into account all of the above there was no way provider could take on the job.
